Description
For this position, we are looking for an individual who can join our recognized culinarians to assist them delivering a superior dining experience for our guests. You would be part of a highly motivated team to drive customer purchase frequency and satisfaction and contribute to profitable business growth while gaining experience in the Culinary Field.
Tasks may include:
- Preparing raw food for cooking and presentation.
- Supporting Cook(s) by providing adequate food items for cooking and presentation.
- Working proficient in at least one cooking station.
- Cooking orders to the guest’s preference while adhering to Company established recipes, portions, and methods.
- Handling proper food procedures and safety/sanitation guidelines
- Replenishing all supplies according to designated quantities and time requirements.
- Minimizing waste and ensures that stock is always fresh by checking dates and rotating stock.
- Identifying and understanding of the proper use of cooking tools and equipment, recognizing those in need of repair and reports to the manager for repair/replacement.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
