KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop new and existing products by contracting services for the Leisure International Individual Travelers.
• Soliciting contracts and all related information from the hotel
• Preparing files for the Product Manager
• Negotiate contracted rates (determined based on performance)
• Build and update inventory
• Arrange lodging and services, and create technical itineraries for various different services
• Receive and process customer complaints - address complaint looking for immediate solution and client satisfaction always adhering to consumer laws in Europe.
• The trainee will be taught how to use in-house reservation system.

Requirements:

• Assertiveness, especially with regard to getting contracts in and negotiating better rates and terms
• Communication skills, as the trainee is contact person in the product department for all kind of inquiries from both suppliers and clients
• Fluent in English
