Marketing Internship

This company is currently in search of an intern who will become an important part of the Marketing Department.  The intern must be someone who is willing to wok under supervision and is comfortable being part of a team as well as working independently.  Maturity, respect to others, stellar customer service, a strong desire to learn, and a sense of initiative are key to having a successful experience at this internship.

Tasks will include:

• Compiling marketing materials and information packages for owners and clients
• Designing and developing marketing materials to market company services (email campaigns, property statements, flyers, etc.) 
• Assisting E-Marketing Coordinator with projects related to company website and social media development
• Assisting with follow up phone calls and emails
• Assisting in coordinating requested maintenance tasks with vendors, staff, and Property Manager
