Jr. Operations Manager F&B

For this position, you need to be willing to take on responsibility. You will develop yourself, create innovate solutions and report to store management. This position is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining a clear communication with team members.

Tasks may include:

• Developing relationships with external suppliers to ensure the very best reputation within the industry
• Receiving the service required to ensure that the operational Food and Beverage team can deliver the highest quality product
• Working closely with the Manager to ensure correct stock levels are available from central distribution area, to assist the operational F&B team
• Ensuring that the industry standard with regard to safety and hygiene
• Ensuring planning and organization
• Taking responsibility for managing and meeting all committed budgets related to the Staff Restaurant
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of new ideas and menu specifications
• Working closely with the entire department to ensure high-quality guests expect
• Providing an environment of openness and trust, with constant feedback and performance coaching
