Description
The intern will become familiar with business IT services within the US by assisting in various IT projects. The intern will gain proactive problem solving skills and learn how the IT department contributes to the company as a whole.
Tasks Include:
- Assisting with support and identifying software issues
- Assisting in the development of creative solutions to software issues
- Assisting the support staff by providing fine-tuned enhanced system tools
- Assisting with document enhancements for future use of the software
