- Assisting with the management of human resources procedures and staff training in relation to HR procedures and training employees regarding policy and education
- Responsibility for maintaining clear communication with employees
- Implementation of new staff and personnel changes within the company
- Development and maintenance of relationships with concierge service in first class hotels and luxury residential buildings in Manhattan
- Update internal records, communicating with contacts
- Give administrative support
