Key tasks & responsibilities:

• Handle quality assurance by crosschecking Information & data
• Coordinate listings onboarding with the account management team
• Work with key account managers and the landlord team to strategize account management assignments
• Engage in business development by researching potential for strategic partnerships with new accommodations providers
• Manage listings content, and security by verifying new users and reviewing submissions
• Generate reports on student mobility and student housing trends
• Assist with landlord communication and retention campaigns
• Coordinate help center articles to establish a better user experience for landlords
• Generate reports and analyze listings data to make key data-driven decisions about real estate
